Magnetic permeability indicator Magnetic permeability indicator Magnetic permeability detector
Product details
Magnetic permeability indicator Magnetic permeability indicator Magnetic permeability detector Model: HAD-8
Magnetic permeability detection instrument is a simple and easy to operate instrument widely used in laboratories. The "GO" and NO-GO "menus can detect the magnetic properties of stainless steel, manganese steel, and various welding materials in real-time.
This instrument does not require adjustment or professional learning, and its readings are not affected by the usage environment. Good measurement results can be achieved on various shapes of products such as boards and sheets. It has good performance in measuring various high and low magnetic permeability products. This instrument is widely used in various laboratory product development and on-site testing.
Operation and usage instructions:
The product weighs 3oz and has a 5-inch body that makes the operator feel very comfortable. Various interface configurations are placed in a beautiful wooden box. The measurement data complies with SEV-ENG-96001 and MIL-I-17214B specifications. The product design consists of a permanent magnet rod that attracts each other and a standard magnetic calibration plate. In terms of use, the sample is attracted to the probe and bonded together under a certain pressure. Finally, the measurement of the sample is carried out from the bottom of the box to the contact with the probe again. The pointer indicates from a numerical value to stability when the interface is perpendicular to the surface of the contact sample. If the magnetic permeability of this sample is higher than that of the calibration product, the probe will detach from the sample and the magnetic permeability pointer will move in the opposite direction. If the permeability of the tested material is low, the magnet will detach from the contact material and the permeability instrument pointer will move forward. The magnetic permeability of the product is measured based on this principle.
Various calibration magnetic conductors with known magnetic permeability can be selected for purchase, including 1.01 Mu1.02 Mu1.03 Mu1.04 Mu1.05 Mu1.06 Mu1.08 Mu1.09 Mu1.10 Mu1.15 Mu1.20 Mu1.30 Mu1.40 Mu1.50 Mu1.60 Mu1.80 Mu1.90 Mu2.00 Mu2.20 Mu2.50 Mu3.00 Mu3.50 Mu4.00 Mu4.50 Mu5.00 Mu5.50 Mu6.00 Mu.
Each standard permeability tester includes 2-4 calibrated magnetic conductors with known values. Additional orders for calibrated magnetic conductors require payment, and all magnetic conductors need to be calibrated in conjunction with the host. When ordering relevant numerical magnetic conductors, please confirm that they meet the actual usage requirements. When the instrument is shipped, a calibration report will be attached, showing the factory calibration values and the values required by the customer. The purchased magnetic conductor tester needs to be recalibrated with the new interface.
